Gilbert, an experienced Managing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting and finance industry. Skilled in Corporate Advisory, Fund Management, Venture Capital and cross-border IPO listing. With strong business development and management, Gilbert earned his MBA with the Bulacan State University, Philippines.
Currently, Mr. Gilbert Loke, is a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practicing) and a licensed FCPA (Practicing) by the Accounting & Financial Reporting Council of Hong Kong, a Certified Member of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia.
Gilbert co-founded the Association of Chartered Wealth Managers Limited in Hong Kong. He was a Fellow Member of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK, and the Association of International Accountants.
Gilbert resumed his higher education in Malaysia in 1978 and then went to UK to pursue his accountancy course 1979, where he subsequently joined UHY, Chartered Accountants in London as a Trainee Accountant in 1981. He earned his Chartered Certified Accountants in 1990, and went to Hong Kong to Join Loke Hoi Lam & Co, Chartered Accountants as a Manager/Principal till 1997.
From 1988 to 2012, Gilbert left his public practice to become CFO of BST Sawadai Group and CPP Global Group, both in manufacturing of high precision metal parts and manufacturing pharmaceutical packing products respectively. In 2009, he founded Falcon Certified Public Accountants Limited till present.
In July 2013, Gilbert co-founded GreenPro Capital Corp, a Nasdaq listed company (Nasdaq: GRNQ), where he is the acting Chairman, Director and CFO of GRNQ. GRNQ and its subsidiaries, with over 110 employees, specialize in financial services covering Corporate and Financial Advisory, Wealth Creation, Wealth Protection and Wealth Succession services in Asia covering Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, and Thailand.
Prabodh’s career spans over three decades, encompassing diverse employment activities, entrepreneurial ventures, and contract roles as a professional CXO. With a solid educational foundation in Accounting, he is a Certified Public Accountant from the USA and was a finance and computer auditor with Arthur Andersen. His subsequent 12 years in software development uniquely positioned him with a deep understanding of merging business processes with software solutions, as well as an appreciation for engineering technologies supporting delivery operations, and web and client-facing applications.
Currently managing two dynamic portfolios, Prabodh serves as the COO for CDx and the CEO for ICEE, both held by a common investment holding company. At CDx, he focuses on developing business strategies for digital transformation, specifically ERP implementation and digital readiness, aiming to enhance service delivery through automation and AI. In his role as CEO for ICEE, Prabodh provides advisory guidance to shape sales and strategies. ICEE operates in the ESG space as an energy savings company, owning patents for chiller optimization technologies and deploying IoT devices with AI and related engineering solutions.
A dedicated professional, Prabodh has held long-service positions, gaining extensive experience in client relationship management, global delivery for business processes, IT Strategy, Cybersecurity, and ERP implementation. Recognizing the intricate interrelationships between business, regulatory aspects, and technology, he excels in bridging barriers across these domains, drawing on his strong foundation in accounting, finance, and business process fundamentals.
Prabodh’s recent involvement with a conglomerate in Malaysia showcases his role in a digital transformation team, where he led activities for the ports and tolls division. He has also played key role in implementing ERP and Human Resource systems at ports, conglomerates, and manufacturing sites.
An adept problem solver, Prabodh performs in-depth analyses for business growth, tracking projects from initiation to successful execution. Prabodh’s mantra, “never say die,” reflects his commitment to seeing tasks through to completion thus his long-service terms at each job.
Beyond his professional achievements, Prabodh is actively engaged in his community, having served as the President of the Gujarati Association of Kuala Lumpur, WP & Selangor. He contributes to a welfare home for children and maintains an active lifestyle as a sports enthusiast, enjoying golf, swimming, and hiking (having climbed Mt. Kinabalu in June 2018). Additionally, he supports his wife Meeta, who owns and operates vegetarian restaurants offering Indian and Fusion Lifestyle Vegetarian delights. Prabodh is happily married with three sons.
Winson is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has over 49 years of experience having been a practicing accountant, company secretary, financial controller, and management consultant.
He begins his career in accountancy with 2 established firms of Chartered Accountants and served a total of 5 years in professional practice. He spent a total of 7 years in the corporate sector covering the construction, heavy equipment, and palm oil industries in Malaysia and Brunei.
He runs his own accounting / management firm from 1985 to 2002. He left professional practice and went into corporate training covering finance and accounting. He currently consults and advises companies to better manage their businesses through an integrated process covering strategic planning; tactical design, planning (financial and otherwise) and implementation; and monitoring, review, and analysis. Besides consulting, Mr. Han is actively involved in conducting public and in-house seminars in accounting, financial management and analysis, financial planning & budgeting, cost management, SST/GST and credit and cash flow management. He is a HRDCorp certified trainer.
Winson was extensively involved in the training, consulting, and implementation of GST/SST before and after the tax was implemented on 1 April 2015 and 1 November 2018 respectively. He also holds a GST tax agent license issued by the Royal Malaysian Customs.
Mr. Han holds a degree in commerce from Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology, New Zealand and is a member of Chartered Accountants – Australia New Zealand and Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Beside his work, Winson is also active in voluntary services. He has served the Raintree Club of Kuala Lumpur, a sports and recreation club in Ampang Hilir for 16 years in various portfolios and has been its Treasurer, Secretary, Vice president and lastly as President for 2 consecutive terms (2012-2016). He was also involved in his profession and was the President of the Association of Certified Accountants, Malaysia and Secretary of the Malaysian Association of Company Secretaries.
Dr. Chew, aged 59, holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology in the Republic of the Philippines. Dr. Chew is a fellow member of the Australia Association of Taxation and Management Accountants. Dr. Chew has accumulated over 30 years of extensive working experience in corporate management, advisory and restructuring.
On 10 October 2023, Dr Chew was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Imperial Pacific International Holdings Limited, a main board listed company in Hong Kong (stock code 1076) and was primarily responsible for overseeing the restructuring exercise and legal proceedings. Trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange has been suspended with effect from 1 April 2022. The Company was in provisional liquidation since 15 April 2024.
From 11 July 2021 to 7 February 2022, Dr. Chew was the Chief Operating Officer and from 8 February to 18 May 2022, Dr Chew was the Chief Investment Officer of Solomon Financial Press Limited, a subsidiary of Jisheng Group Holdings Limited, a GEM listed company in Hong Kong (stock code 8133).
On 28 March 2017, Dr. Chew was appointed as an executive director of Natural Dairy (NZ) Holdings Limited (“Natural Dairy”), a company previously listed on the main board of Hong Kong (stock code: 462), and was primarily responsible for the restructuring of the Company. Prior to the appointment of Dr. Chew, Natural Dairy was in provisional liquidation since 22 December 2016 and the listing of the shares of Natural Dairy was cancelled on 28 November 2022.
On 22 May 2014, Dr. Chew was appointed as an executive director of Tai Shing International (Holdings) Limited (now known as HMVOD Limited), a company listed on GEM of Hong Kong (stock code: 8103) and was the chairman of the board of directors of the Company from 29 July 2014 to 29 April 2016.
Dr. Chew was appointed as the chairman and non-executive director of Golden Shield Holdings (Industrial) Limited (“Golden Shield”) a company previously listed on the main board of Hong Kong (stock code: 2123), from 19 November 2014 to 11 May 2015, and was primarily responsible for overseeing the restructuring exercise and legal proceedings. The listing of the shares of Golden Shield was cancelled on 2 August 2021.
From December 2011 to April 2014, Dr. Chew worked in Shenzhen, the People’s Republic of China as a manager in the corporate finance advisory department of Deloitte.
Mr. Wong is a Chartered Member (Chartered MCSI) of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment (CISI), United Kingdom (UK) and is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Mr. Wong was conferred the Knight Companion of The Most Esteemed Order of the Crown of Pahang, Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP) for his rendering meritorious service to the State of Pahang in Malaysia and carries the title Dato’.
From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Wong worked in Hong Kong as a registered foreign lawyer in the global capital markets practice group in a global law firm, Allen & Overy. In 2001, he called to the English Bar as a barrister-at-law with The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. For the next decade from 2002 to 2011, he worked as transaction and execution counsel in a global European financial institution, Deutsche Bank AG (Deutsche Bank) and served as a director of one of Deutsche Bank’s branch companies in Hong Kong, DB Trustees (Hong Kong) Limited. From 2011 to 2020, he moved to The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon), a global US trust and custody bank, initially served as managing director and associate general counsel responsible for the bank’s issuer and collateral support legal teams in Asia Pacific and subsequently was promoted to become Asia Pacific head of relationship management for the bank’s corporate trust business in the Asia Pacific region. He also served as a director of one of BNP Mellon’s branch companies in Hong Kong, BNY Mellon Trustee Company (Hong Kong) Limited.
From 2020 to 2021, Mr. Wong served as general counsel in Claritas HealthTech Pte. Ltd., an emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) Healthtech startup company in Singapore. During 2021 to 2023, he served as Head of Capital Markets North Asia of Intertrust Group, a European corporate service firm as founder of its capital markets and corporate trust business in North Asia based in Hong Kong, building a new client base and servicing platform from ground-up, covering client segments such as investment banks, sovereign agencies, regulatory technology (RegTech) companies and financial technology (FinTech) companies.
Mr. Wong founded FYDUS Group, a fiduciary and professional solution provider in Asia and the Middle East and has served as Chief Commercial Officer since 2023.
Mr. Wong was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in December 2021. He has been a partner of a legal firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Chow Kok Leong & Co. with a focus on cross-border banking, trust, and capital markets transactions since early 2024.
Currently, Mr. Wong serves on the board of Bauhinia ILBS 1 Limited, the first Hong Kong public listed company sponsored by a Hong Kong government agency to issue the first Hong Kong-listed asset-backed securities based on infrastructure project loans.
Mr. Wong was awarded a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from University of Leicester, UK in July 1997.

Chuchottaworn has more than 20 years in the IT and consulting business. In 1997, she has become an SAP consultant for finance and controlling and held a certificate of FI/CO. In 2004, she found IAM Group and has become the Group Director since then.
She is experienced project manager and holds multiple SAP certifications. She obtained a Bachelor Degree in Engineer from the King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang and Master of Science in Information Technology from the Chulalongkorn University.
